If anyone here is having a bad day, you'd never know it. All of the staff here are helpful and most all knowledgeable!
Had the frozen meat I wanted after hurricane Irma came through and other stores didn't have any frozen food because of power outage. Customer service was superb from the people in produce workers and managers, to the the gentleman with the meat, who directed me to where the frozen wings were, to the young lady coming to see if I needed help in one of the iles after seeing me in pine spot for a while. She just came to see if I needed help in getting anything. To the guy, who seem to have been a manager too assisting me with wing sauce, to the cashier that waited patiently with a smile for me to switch money from one account to another so I could pay for my groceries. Last but not least, I appreciate the older gentleman that bagged my groceries and nicely accompanied me to my car to put my groceries in. It was a pleasant experience. Ps. The only draw back that I'm just noticing is that I don't remember being ask plastic or paper. I always like a mix of half and half... Thank you for making me feel special
I enjoy shopping at Publix. Employee's are very helpful and courteous. I usually find everything I shopped for
I love shopping here. It's a blessing to have them close to home. The staff is very friendly and the store is well organized and clean.
Stacey in the Deli is superb and truly a wonderful asset to the Publix family. She was very kind and very helpful. I inquired with another employee if they had any chicken tenders and they were quick to say no and Stacey over heard. She proceeded to go to the back and get some. Thank you Stacey!
