Our water heater went out and these were the guys the landlord called to get a replacement. They were very quick to arrive to assess the situation, returned on time to install a new water heater, and were very kind. Great plumbing company! Will definitely call for future needs!

Called right at the end of the business day after having been referred by another plumbing co. Determined we had a clog in the main line of our home . My call was answered directly and I was guided over the phone to help locate the main line access in the yard. Even though this company was unable to respond after hours at that particular time, I was referred to another company, that was able to respond after hours, and was able to resolve our problem, just hours after it had been discovered. Many thanks to A Plumber & Associates for demonstrating excellent customer service even if they weren't able to make any money off the job that particular day. Wouldn't hesitate to give them a call if we should ever need something in the future.
