Very friendly, helpful people! I left, after the first appointment in zero pain, after having a 8-8 pain nearly every day for months! Be sure to do your home exercises to optimal recovery! Everyone is so friendly here! I love it! It's a small space, but very attractive with positive vibes!
My original therapist was Kristin Spear, and she gave me the exercises for me to do every day. After that first day, I got moved to Ashley Zambrano, who was just as friendly as Kristin Spear. She was the one who practically nursed my injured knee back to health. Oh, I didn't mention that? Yeah, I was going there for my injured knee. All they care about is to get you back to your normal self. Just yesterday, I went to a new therapist (can't remember her name, therapist-in-training) and she was as friendly as everyone else. I mean, this should be added to the staff section, but I decided I needed to recommend therapists to people. (SEE ABOVE)
To conclude, despite the small space, Hohman has a very friendly and homely appeal to it, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to go there. Get there early or suffer the consequences.
I can't think of anything they can improve on, as they have pretty much thought of everything. If you only speak Spanish, they can work with that. They will always call you by what you want to be called and they are quite patient. However, they do have a policy that you must be there within 10 minutes of your appointment time, or reschedule it. I don't see anything wrong with this, but I can see how it is annoying to some people who have very busy lives. Those people who say they have busy lives but just play on their gaming console have no excuse. They can go there.
The staff are all very friendly and outgoing. Knowledgeable in their field, and always seem to be running on schedule! Highly recommend this facility
Now time for the actual review. The actual space that they had is quite small, but they do make the most of it. The staff will always greet you and befriending one of the staff is easy, as they are very open to new ideas and friendly. They know what they are doing. I would entrust my life in their hands.

Now, this isn't another one of those fake reviews that simply say "Oh, this was great because the staff was cool." No. This is from the top of my heart. I hate it when people say "the bottom of my heart," because that's where all the useless love goes. Terrible.
The actual space is small, and you'd expect it to smell like a doctor's office: like they sprayed Lysol all over the place and then used baby wipes to take care of what the Lysol didn't. However, this is simply not true. The office smells normal and it has a very appealing aesthetic. They have magazines to read to the right and they have samples of Biofreeze that you can purchase. Honestly, if it was up to me, just go to Walgreens and get the Biofreeze there.
Absolutely love everything and everyone at the ocoee office! Both Hohman Rehab offices are great, but I drive the extra 20 minutes because I like the vibe and everyone at the ocoee office. Even though healing after a car accident is a tough process; they help me feel better and keep a smile on my face:) I highly recommend them!
