So please: keep this mall opened by visiting more often! It's local and convenient... You might as well find a hidden treasure within those walls!
I have sadly read reviews of people complaining that "this mall is empty" or that "it is ghetto"! Seriously?!?...
THE WORST THEATER IN ORLANDO!! ..DO NOT GO THERE!!..I am 19 -years old and I took my brother who is at the age of 14 to see a PG-13 movie at 10pm. I was denied the access to purchase two tickets. I do not understand why a curfew should hinder my brother from seeing a movie if he is being accompanied by someone older who meets the age requirement. People do not waste your time go somewhere else.

The concession is extremely over priced! The people were very nice and helpful. But the theater itself can use a remodel here at the AMC West oaks Mall. Especially if the concession is so over priced you are clearly pulling in the revenue to afford a remodel.

Multiple screens where out of fucus. The venue is gigantic and has the potential of being a great theater. It feels like the theater had a golden age but it's no longer the case. Overall its a great majestic forgotten theater.

Staff is really great. Sadly the low attendance to the theaters had taken a told on the venue. Needs to remodel asap. Chairs are made of fabric which should it been replaced long ago. The material for the auditoriums chairs has cause a dishonorable presentation, they smell and are full of stains that look like of someone used them as toilets.
probally the worst most umcomfortable seats. they are tall and straight and just in a bad position. for the amount movies cost you deserve to sit in comfort
My kids love the theater, the carrossel, the playing area... I have found clothes and shoes at great prices!
At this mall I have also found an artist at the Ink Spot Tattoo who was able to cover up a scar with a beautiful rose!
