The staff is professional and caring. We have recommended several of our friends and family.
The office consists of 1 doctor and 7 RN's. Looking at their credentials, you could easily find that they are not from any reputable Universities or hospitals. That explains why all of them do not know how to diagnose patients and provide proper healthcare. Patients are being treated as cash cows here and are being held for as long as it could. Both my daughter and I were prescribed with many medications not helpful to alleviate our sickness/symptoms.
Don't visit this office. It has the worst healthcare in town. It had recommended my daughter for many unnecessary psychical therapies. We were told initially the insurance company would cover all costs, but after 2 months, when the bills had arrived, we were shock to learn that the therapist's rate is$960 an hour. After insurance, my daughter had to come out about $100/hour, total of $2200 for the 22 unnecessary and yet simple therapies. I suspect their claims to my insurance company are fraudulent.
My father was in the hospital and needed his medications refilled after he went home. They got him in the office the same day I called.
Very unprofessional service for a doctor's office. I got an appointment set in advance for 8:30am to see Dr Susan Hill never got seen by her because she took her 9:30am appointment and not my 8:30am appointment. I was seen by a PA at 10:15am that morning. Very dissatisfied with this office!!
You know what, I think they care, the office actually called me to make sure my visit was good. So I believe they will be great, we will have to see. Go Dori!
The office also prevents patients from talking directly with the care-providers. All messages are relayed by the receptionist, a very impersonal and inconvenient way. Many times, our messages left behind went unanswered and we have to make appointment just to get the message across. If you were in need of an urgent referral, you would certainly not get it until after several working days. I had an urgent referral with the office but it was never processed.
