I was so upset so I leave my stuff in the shelf and leave the store. This branch of jcpenney is the worst one.
My experience with any kind of customer service establishment is usually what I make it to be but JCPenney particularly here in Ocoee is very customer-friendly very polite and knowledgeable
Great prices, I did find that I was looking for, and very nice and professional services.
Store was fine but it was really hot and unpleasant because of the heat. Other than that not a bad place to shop.

Terrible customer service!!! 9409 w colonial drive. There are 2 cashiers at the checkout talking personal matters instead of working. The black tall guy already see that there are customers waiting in line. But instead of attending customers need he’s just walking back and forth talking non sense! While people are waiting.
