Feel at ease when you plan a birthday party here. The price was great for the amount of games and pizza the kids (and I) had.
Had a great time with my family. Owners are great and look out for there customers. If your visiting from out of state this is the place to go. NO hidden fees or gimmicks like the other laser tag places in the area. All ages can have fun. So if your in the area or on vacation this is the place to go.
Pizza is from Pizza Hut and was delivered almost an hour before the kids ate; so it was cold and greasy.
Listen to me carefully. My 7 year old son had a birthday party and it was absolutely out of this world. All of the guns worked flawlessly. There is nothing worse than having equipment issues while the game starts and you or your child can't play because of equipment issues. The staff was top notch. 3 girls kept the games going with proper instructions and overseeing. They served cake, pizza and drinks, handling 10 kids with ease. My hat goes off to the new owners and management that have invested a lot of money to make this laser joint a top notch place again.
Our kids’ games kept being pushed back because the large group kept being placed in front of our group, so we were waiting 40 mins or more between games. Which isn’t fun with 9 boys.
I would not recommend this Extreme Lag Tag. The facility was worn down and seemed not well maintained. We were given a space for our party, which was gradually taken over by a larger party until the point we were shoved into a small corner. Our ‘dedicated helper’ showed up once to give drinks and didn’t come back again. Drinks are limited to Pepsi and Mountain Dew; water had to be requested several times.
Btw when we realized there wasn't a cake cutter in the cake, the manager extended the game time so we could run to old time pottery to grab one. It shows you they go above and beyond.
Done expect much. Place is run down, machines don't work and the customer service was less than thrilling. They say they rotate players every 10 mins but we sat there 30 mins whole the other group played. Not much to do while waiting except blow money on games that barely work. When we said something about the wait the employees basically just gave us a shrug and said they didn't know what happened.... They were busy watching basketball instead of game time. Will not be back.
Extremely dissapointed. It is way to smokey. I started having problems with my breathing. When i said something, they just walked away like i wasn't there. Half of the arcade games don't work. Tickets are unable to be redeemed because the prize spot is out of order. Everyone is screaming for the chance to be heard over the music. Kids are climbing INSIDE the games while parents and staff look on, but don't say a word. We are crossing this off of our places to try again.
Really the only reason why they received any stars was because my son and his friends had fun. Fortunately for them, they don’t handle the service side.
